WR Deon Cain:

On the mentality as WR and the competition in that position:

“Just do my job. That is obviously what I have been called to do here. I mean, you cannot really just go out here thinking about competition because we are in a great competitive room. Everybody is going to do what they got to do. I am just making sure I am handling my own and doing my job.”

On the importance of what he did on the field today:

“It is just a part of the journey, really. That is all I can pretty much say. I have been working a lot. You know, in general, just making sure I am doing the right thing on and off the field. At the end of the day, you just have to keep doing your job and everything will just take care of itself.”

On his performance in this current camp and the differences between past years:

“I just get more opportunities now and that is all I can say. The opportunity to have my own way and I am just trying to make the most of them. That is all I can do. I have been working so hard for these opportunities and I am just trying to make the most of them.”

On his injury during his rookie year and how his current health is going:

“Yes sir, I really bounced back. Dr. (inaudible) gave me a great surgery. I have really just been rehabbing these past two to three years and I have been feeling the best I have lately. So, I am just trying to keep going.”

On the chemistry that the he has with QB Gardner Minshew:

“It is a lot. I was on practice squad last year coming to the team and we had a previous relationship before so we were already kind of close knit but now we have that football relationship. It makes it better because they see how hard I have been working and how great I want to be and the things I want to do in this league. Of course we just want to make each other better at this point.”

QB Reid Sinnett:

On his mentality during his 55-yard throw:

“We had it drawn up. The safety tried to cut on the over route and so there is nobody back there. He is the fastest man on the planet so I figured just give him a chance and he made a nice play on the ball.

On how happy he is for WR Devon Allen after taking his six-year hiatus:

“For sure, we spend a lot of time together you know. We are in the same group a lot of the time and trying to get back to football and making sure that he and I are on the same page. You can see him getting up and feeling better every day. I am really happy for him that he got a touchdown and I think he has worked really hard to be in the position to make plays. I am really happy for him.
