WR DeAndre Carter (unrestricted free agent)

Carter (5-8, 190) is entering his eighth NFL season out of Sacramento State. Originally signed by Baltimore as an undrafted free agent in 2015, Carter has appeared in 107 career games with the Eagles (2018), Texans (2018-20), Bears (2020 and 2024), Commanders (2021), Chargers (2022) and Raiders (2023). He has registered 117 receptions for 1,331 yards and six touchdowns. He has returned 149 punts for 1,452 yards (9.7 average) and 133 kickoffs for 3,125 yards (23.5 average) and one touchdown. Carter appeared in 13 games last season with the Bears and finished fifth in the NFL with 637 total return yards.
