BEREA, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns have made the following transaction:

S Daniel Thomas
Thomas (5-10, 215) is entering his seventh NFL season out of Auburn. Originally selected by Jacksonville in the fifth round in the 2020 MF: Draft, Thomas has appeared in 83 games with the Jaguars (2020-24) and Lions (2025). He has recorded 63 career tackles, one interception and one fumble recovery, while adding 33 special teams tackles. Last season, he appeared in 12 games with two starts with Detroit.
