BEREA, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns have signed RB John Kelly to their practice squad. The team has now filled its practice squad allotment.
Kelly (5-10, 208) is a third-year running back out of Tennessee, originally selected by the Los Angeles Rams in the sixth round (176th overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft. Kelly appeared in eight games for the Rams over the last two years, rushing 30 times for 83 yards. He’s a native of Detroit, Mich.
