BEREA, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns have signed DT Shelby Harris. To make room on the roster, the team waived DT Michael Dwumfour.
Harris (6-2, 288) is in his 10th NFL season out of Illinois State. Originally selected by the Raiders in the seventh round of the 2014 draft, Harris has appeared in 98 career games with 64 starts between the Raiders (2014-15), Broncos (2017-21) and Seahawks (2022). He has recorded 261 career tackles, 24.5 sacks, three forced fumbles and one interception. Last season, Harris started 15 games for Seattle and registered 44 tackles and two sacks.
