Browns sign CB D’Angelo Ross and CB Sam Webb

 

BEREA, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns have signed CB D’Angelo Ross off Houston’s practice squad and CB Sam Webb off Tennessee’s practice squad.

 

Ross (5-9, 190) is in his fourth season out of New Mexico. Originally signed by New England as an undrafted free agent in 2019, he has appeared in 29 career games with the Patriots (2021) and Houston Texans (2023-25), including three games this season. Ross will wear No. 20.

 

Webb (6-0, 194) is in his third season out of Missouri Western State. Originally signed by Las Vegas as an undrafted free agent 2022, he has appeared in 29 career games with the Raiders (2022, 2024) and Carolina Panthers (2023). Webb will wear No. 27.
