Browns sign CB Damarri Mathis

BEREA, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns have signed CB Damarri Mathis. To make room on the roster, the team waived CB Dom Jones with a failed physical designation.

Mathis (5-11, 195) is officially in his fourth NFL season out of Pittsburgh. Originally selected by the Broncos in the fourth round in 2022, Mathis has appeared in 43 career games with Denver. He has recorded 102 career tackles and nine passes defensed.
