Browns name Kyle Kovach the Browns 2025 Fan of the Year

BEREA, Ohio – The Cleveland Browns announced Kyle Kovach as the Browns 2025 Fan of the Year. As the Browns nominee, Kovach will represent the Dawg Pound in the NFL’s Ultimate Fan of the Year contest and receive a trip to Super Bowl LX in the Bay Area.

The NFL Ultimate Fan of the Year contest celebrates extraordinary fans who inspire others with their passion for the game and serve as a consistent, steadfast force across their communities through fandom and dedication.

During a visit to CrossCountry Mortgage Campus last month, Browns DT Mason Graham surprised Kovach and his family with a custom “Fan of the Year” jersey and officially revealed that he had been selected as the Browns 2025 Fan of the Year.

A lifelong Browns fan, Kovach’s passion for the team began when he attended his first Browns game against the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1999 with his aunt and uncle who were season ticket holders. Following the game, his aunt and uncle bought him a season ticket in their section, and since then he has remained committed to attending as many Browns games as possible.

“The one thing I want to say is I love being a Browns fan because I love the city of Cleveland,” Kovach said. “Just having that pride for the city, and when I go down to Browns games, it’s bigger than just going to see a football game.  It’s being a part of that community.”

Kovach shares his Browns pride everywhere, whether it’s mentoring his students as a counselor at Orange High School or crafting a Sunday meal for his family inspired by the Browns’ opponent. He uses football and his love for the Browns to teach his students and twin sons about teamwork, perseverance and resilience.
