Browns kick off 2025 season with new experiences and timeless traditions

BEREA, Ohio The Cleveland Browns are excited to kick off the 2025 season at 1:00 p.m. on September 7 at Huntington Bank Field as they take on in-state rival, the Cincinnati Bengals on FOX. Throughout this season, Browns fans can expect new gameday activations, returning traditions, and special events designed to create memorable experiences to celebrate the passion and loyalty of Browns fans across Northeast Ohio and beyond.

Throughout the season, Browns fans will be celebrated through “Dawg Pound XL,” a season-long initiative that will highlight the history of the Dawg Pound and the fans, moments and legends that brought it to life 40 years ago. All season long there will be unique Dawg Pound fan content, programming and activations that will highlight the greatest fan base and tradition in the NFL.

The Browns will celebrate local groups, organizations, and key league initiatives throughout this season’s themed home games. The NFL Season Kickoff begins this weekend with the Home Opener, and Dawg Pound Drive will feature a new Twisted Tea Tailgate, Crown Royal’s Royal Rig, Dawg House by NJM Insurance with alumni  autographs, mascots, and Madden tournaments. Alumni Weekend follows on September 21 against the Green Bay Packers, marking the 40th anniversary of the Dawg Pound with a tribute to the 1985 team and a halftime performance by Ohio University’s Marching 110.

On October 5, the Browns’ traditions travel overseas to London to play the Minnesota Vikings, where fans can enjoy all pregame activations at the N17 Space outside the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Themed games continue with Crucial Catch on October 19 versus the Dolphins, Salute to Service on November 16 against the Ravens, and My Cause My Cleats on November 30 versus the 49ers. December opens with Stay in the Game! on December 7 versus the Titans, Youth Football on December 21 against the Bills, and Beat the Steelers on December 28 versus division rival, Pittsburgh Steelers.
