Browns claim DT Elijah Chatman

BEREA, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns have claimed DT Elijah Chatman via waivers from the New York Giants.

Chatman (6-0, 278) is entering his third NFL season out of SMU. Originally signed by the Giants as an undrafted free agent in 2023, Chatman has appeared in 22 games with three starts. He has registered 24 tackles, one sack and one fumble recovery. He appeared in five game last season with the Giants.
