On if there is a sense of frustration that he did not receive a contract extension:

“Right now, I am focused on Sunday. I am ready to take care of business.”

 

On if it is hard to focus solely on Sunday after not receiving a contract extension prior to the season:

“I love the game of football so no.”

 

On seeing Panthers QB Baker Mayfield on the opposing sideline this weekend:

“It is going to be different, but I wish him the best and I wish us better.”

 

On if he wanted to play this preseason:

“Every time we go to the stadium or anything, I always want to play some football. That is just in my nature.”
