Browns elevate DT Brandin Bryant and DE Porter Gustin to active roster (11.22.19)

BEREA, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns have elevated DT Brandin Bryant and DE Porter Gustin to the active roster from the practice squad.

Bryant (6-3, 294) is officially in his first NFL season out Florida Atlantic. He has spent time with Seattle (2016) the New York Jets (2017) and played in the CFL. Bryant has spent the entire 2019 season on the Browns’ practice squad. He is a native of Omaha, Neb. Bryant will wear No. 90.

Gustin (6-5, 257) is in his rookie season out of Southern California. Originally signed by New Orleans as an undrafted free agent, Gustin was waived during final roster cuts and has spent the past two weeks on the Browns’ practice squad. He is a native of Elk Ridge, Utah. Gustin will wear No. 97.
