Browns Sign DE Porter Gustin to Practice Squad (11.4.19)

BEREA, Ohio – The Cleveland Browns have signed DE Porter Gustin to their practice squad.

Gustin is 6-5, 257 pounds and in his rookie season out of Southern California. Originally signed by the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent, Gustin was waived during final roster cuts. At Southern California, he played in 31 games with 17 starts, accumulating 109 tackles and 14 sacks. Gustin is a native of Elk Ridge, Utah.

No corresponding move is needed as TE Stephon Carlson was elevated to the active roster from the practice squad on Friday.
