Browns sign CB Dom Jones to active roster
BEREA, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns have signed CB Dom Jones to the active roster from the practice squad. In addition, the team has signed CB Dee Williams to the practice squad and placed CB Ameer Speed (foot) on practice squad/injured.
Jones (6-2, 192) is a rookie out of Colorado State. He was signed by the Browns earlier this year as an undrafted free agent and has appeared in three games. He will wear No. 37.
Williams (5-10, 190) is in his second NFL season out of Tennessee. Originally signed by the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent in 2024, he appeared in 13 games as a rookie with the Seahawks (12) and Giants (one). Williams will wear No. 29.
